GETTING PAID & TRACKING YOUR TIME

In order to get paid, the company uses ADP Time & Attendance (T&A) to track your work hours.  You are required to use the system to track your work hours, absences and paid time off (PTO).  You would need to download the App on your phone and check-in and out during your work hours.  Your Personal Identification Code (PIC) required to register in the system will be emailed to your company email.  Once you have your PIC code, follow the instructions to gain access to the system.  Your Supervisor can help you navigate the system.  It is your responsibility to record your work hours.  Failure to accurately record your hours can result to the delay in pay or not getting paid, up to termination if you knowingly falsified your T&A record.  The company cannot pay you hours worked without any record or your time in the system, therefore you must inform the company immediately of any inaccuracies  in your T&A record in ADP.

Below are videos for you to watch to familiarize yourself with the system.  Let your Supervisor or Payroll know if you have any questions.
